It has been in for a total of 4 days now, not too much in the grand scheme of things. As far as I am aware there are no Lemon laws per se. There is an arbitration system that is available called CAMVAP, that is participated in by the auto manufacturers on a voluntary basis, however BMW is not a participant in that plan.

I watched him try to connect again this morning. Was just getting fault errors. The only after market device I have on my vehicle is a lidar jamming
As a 330i owner I check for oil leaks monthly. IMHO, the earlier you catch the oil leak the better. If there is no damage to the head gasket or warping the head the more likely you can successively removing and replacing the broken bolts without the $$$$ head gasket.

Steps: Took it to the dealer they fix it the first time. But after a few days again the same problem. They hold my car for 4 days, and finally they told me that a faulty valve create the problem, and there exist a service bulletin about that and probably affect all the E90. Yesterday, I finally got my car back.
