Onething is for certain: the side quests in ACO are an ENORMOUS improvement from the boring, completely unimaginative copy-paste filler content or
Assassins Creed Origins - an amazing world to explore, but the gameplay bores me. I've played a lot of Assassin's Creed games over the years and I've liked every one I've played for the most part, even if I've liked some better than others. So I decided I was in the mood for an AC game so I picked up Origins.
ProbablyOdyssey. Origins looks good too, but Valhalla is a little grey. Origins has the best story, and is more narrative driven than the others. If you've never played an Assassin's Creed game before, Odyssey will probably be your best bet. It's the least Assassin's Creed-y, but that won't bother newcomers.

I kinda enjoy homestead missions as well as the hunting and frontiersman ones. The thing is, I can't see the point of completing the
Prettyboring game, I played odyssey and origins for 100+ hours, (loved both) but valhalla I couldn't pass 50, the main story feels like a huge side quest, with bad writing and acting, 10% of it is actually the story, the other 90% is like ''go there, and make that guy a king'', the stealth is broken, the combat is not bad, but the camera is
HonestlyAC2 doesn't have that much story in the side stuff, if anything at all. But make sure to do all the tombs cause they're fun either way (missions with assassin symbol and templar symbol). Brotherhood is where the side content is loaded. Revelations drops it by a quite a lot but still has more than AC2 at least.
